The Foundation is an 8-week program designed to give middle and high school girls the tools to thrive. Whether her passions are in the arts, STEM, academics, or athletics, The Foundation provides the building blocks for lifelong health and confidence.

Through small group sessions, girls learn movement, nutrition, and self-care while building resilience, friendships, and a strong sense of community. Each girl is met where she is, celebrated for her unique strengths, and supported as she grows stronger inside and out.

The Missing Foundation

  • Many girls lack a strong base of confidence, wellness, and community to grow.

  • Most programs focus only on athletics, leaving gaps for those whose passions lie in STEM, arts, music, or academics.

  • The Foundation fills that gap: offering a safe, welcoming space where every girl can build strength, resilience, and lifelong confidence, no matter her interests.

Laying the Foundation

  • Join small group sessions (1:8 ratio) at Phoenix Training in a safe, encouraging environment.

  • Learn the fundamentals of movement, nutrition, and self-care: the “building blocks” of health.

  • Connect with peers her own age, forming friendships & community.

Building on the Foundation

  • Gain confidence, resilience, and self-assurance that carries beyond the gym.

  • Establish healthy habits and life skills, including fitness, nutrition, and self-care.

  • Connect with peers and mentors, creating a supportive community while pursuing passions in school, arts, music, STEM, and beyond.

  • Middle School Girls Session: Wednesdays, 5:30–6:30 PM

  • High School Girls Session: Thursdays, 5:30–6:30 PM

Class Size: Max. of 8 participants per session (waitlist available)

Duration: 8 sessions
Cost: $200 per participant

All girls receive a program t-shirt with registration!
