MADE TO MOVE

TOGETHER WE MOVE EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER

This Participant Waiver, Release of Liability & Photo Release applies to the Together We Move and Paradis Sport community event taking place on September 26, 2026, in Golden, Colorado (the “Event”), including all related activities, programming, and gatherings.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this event involves inherent and other risks, including injury, illness, falls, uneven or steep terrain, changing weather, wildlife, trail traffic, dehydration, allergic reactions, getting lost or separated from the group, and other known or unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily participate at my own risk, assume these risks, and am responsible for determining whether I am physically able to participate and for selecting an appropriate route and pace.

Release and Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, I release and hold harmless Together We Move, Paradis Sport, OMS Photo, and their organizers, sponsors, partners, vendors, ambassadors, volunteers, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in the event, including claims resulting from the ordinary negligence of a Released Party.

This release does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived under Colorado law.

Transportation

I understand that I am responsible for my own transportation between North Table Mountain Park, OMS Photo, and any other event location. Transportation is not provided or supervised by the Released Parties. I assume the risks associated with driving, riding in a vehicle, parking, and traveling between event locations.

Medical Treatment & Emergencies

In an emergency, 911 should be called. I authorize event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to provide consent.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical treatment, ambulance, rescue, evacuation, transportation, personal injury, or related costs resulting from my participation.

Food & Beverage

I understand that food, beverages, samples, or refreshments may be available at the event. I am responsible for determining whether anything I consume is appropriate for me and assume risks associated with allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.

Personal Property

I am responsible for my belongings. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photo & Video Release

I grant Together We Move, Paradis Sport, OMS Photo, and their sponsors, partners, affiliates, and authorized media representatives permission to photograph or record me during the event and use my image, likeness, voice, or participation for promotional, educational, marketing, publicity, social media, website, advertising, and related purposes without compensation or further consent.

Participants Under 18

Participants under 18 must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. By signing, the parent or legal guardian gives permission for the minor to participate, acknowledges the risks described above, and releases the minor’s prospective claims for ordinary negligence to the extent permitted under Colorado law.

Acknowledgment

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, voluntarily accept the risks of participation, and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
